Learning Management System (LMS) Software & Services

NISD seeks sealed proposals to replace its expiring LMS contract (RFP 2019-052) with a modern cloud-based Learning Management System and associated services—licensing, implementation, training, support, and shipping—to serve students and educators across the district. The base contract term begins upon award, with options for renewal. Mandatory forms (company info, pricing, insurance, certifications, conflict disclosures) must be submitted via the Bonfire portal by 2:00 PM CDT on August 14; optional best-and-final offers accepted thereafter.
