Software as a Service (SaaS) for Online Educational Video Platform

Minnesota State University, Mankato requests proposals to procure and implement a cloud-hosted SaaS online video learning platform integrated via LTI 1.3 into D2L with SAML 2.0 SSO. The platform must offer a diverse, regularly updated video catalog, learning pathways, credentials, and custom content curation; mobile-responsive UX; RESTful APIs; robust engagement-and-progress reporting; role-based admin controls with bulk user management; onboarding/training; and technical support.
