Financial ERP Software

The Town of Needham invites sealed proposals for a comprehensive financial ERP software solution to replace or modernize its municipal finance systems. The RFP package—available from July 17 at www.needhamma.gov/bids.aspx—details requirements including general ledger, budgeting, procurement, payables/receivables, asset management, and reporting. Proposal delivery (hard copy) is to Katie King, Town Manager, at Needham Town Hall by 4:00 PM on August 21, 2025; late submissions will not be accepted. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive minor informalities.
