Automated Biometric Identification System (ABIS) (Updated)

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department seeks a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) Automated Biometric Identification System, including ten-print, latent, iris, and facial recognition tools, plus full professional services (maintenance and support). The solution must be CJIS/CORI-compliant, utilize evergreen NIST-rated fingerprint and iris matchers, and include an FBI-tested, CJIS-compliant face-recognition algorithm ranking in the top tiers of NIST FRTE 1:N evaluations. Proposers must demonstrate at least seven years’ experience, three successful implementations, and ongoing production support for a minimum two consecutive years.
