Electronic Benefits Transfer System and Services

WA WIC is procuring eWIC Electronic Benefits Transaction (EBT) Services through this competitive procurement. The services must manage and authorize WIC benefits for eligible individuals and families via the WIC Cascades System. Key requirements include an interface with WIC Cascades to receive accurate, updated vendor and client benefits information, while providing transaction data, real-time benefit balances, and account changes back to WIC Cascades.
