The Department of Commerce is supporting U.S. contractor participation in the procurement of Tier 2 and Tier 3 uplift of the SIEM. This includes design, hardware supply, and implementation to expand the existing NCSC SIEM with increased capacity, plus creation of development and reference environments on Tier-2 and passive metadata generation capabilities at Tier-3 sites flowing into the Tier-2 SIEM. The work will follow Agile methodology.
