Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS)

The North Dakota Department of Health and Human Services, Children and Family Services Division, is soliciting proposals for the design, development, and implementation of a cloud-based SaaS or COTS Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS). The system, referred to as OCEANS, will enhance child welfare case management through proven components and scalable functionality. Vendors must deliver a fully integrated solution that supports state requirements and streamlines services for children and families.
