Ramp Information Display System (RIDS)

The Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority (RDUAA) is soliciting proposals for the design, fabrication, installation, and integration of a Ramp Information Display System (RIDS) to replace existing LED signage. The system must integrate with the airport’s SITA Airport Operations Database (AODB) and Airport Management System (AMS) to display real-time flight and operational information. The scope includes equipment delivery, mounting, communications infrastructure, system interfaces, and compliance with applicable electrical and communication standards. Optional features include integration with lightning detection and mass notification systems.
