The New York State Homes & Community Renewal (HCR) is requesting information from qualified firms regarding available solutions and strategies for implementing a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The system will replace the two ATS platforms currently in use and aims to streamline recruitment and candidate management processes. This RFI seeks market insights to inform the scope and requirements of a future procurement effort.
