The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has issued a Sources Sought Notice to gather market information regarding support services for the Homeland Security Presidential Directive-12 (HSPD-12) Credential Issuance and Maintenance program. The effort supports the IRS Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) office by maintaining nationwide credentialing operations, staffing 73 credential service sites, and managing post-issuance activities.
