Radio Frequency Analysis and Expert Witness Services

The Vermont Department of Public Service is seeking qualified contractors to provide expert witness and analysis services related to radio frequency (RF) impacts of telecommunications, electric transmission, and generation projects. Selected vendors will support the Department in evaluating technical RF data and presenting findings under relevant state statutes. The work will guide policy and regulatory decisions concerning telecommunication infrastructure and energy projects.
