RFI - Phone Call and Radio Traffic Recording Solutions

The South Carolina Department of Public Safety is requesting information from qualified vendors capable of providing a phone call and radio traffic recording solution. The new system will replace the current platform and must integrate with the upcoming Solacom Call Handling System to support secure and reliable communication recording across the agency.
