Next Generation Human Capital Management System and Implementation (Extended)

The New Jersey Turnpike Authority is seeking information from vendors capable of providing and implementing an integrated Human Capital Management System (HCMS). The Authority aims to replace its legacy PeopleSoft 9.2 platform with a modern, AI-enabled solution that supports HR, payroll, time reporting, benefits, and compliance for a unionized workforce. This RFI seeks both software and implementation services to inform a future procurement strategy for a scalable and secure HCMS.
