DAIL Vocational Rehabilitation Case Records Management System (CRMS)

The Vermont Office of Purchasing and Contracting, on behalf of the Department of Disabilities, Aging, and Independent Living (DAIL), is requesting proposals for the development and implementation of a Vocational Rehabilitation Case Records Management System (CRMS). The system will support case management, reporting, and compliance tracking across statewide vocational rehabilitation programs.
