Managed IT and Security Services

The City of Milton, Georgia is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide Managed IT Services and Managed IT Security Services (SECaaS). The selected provider(s) will deliver comprehensive IT infrastructure management, helpdesk operations, network monitoring, cybersecurity, and data protection services. While preference is given to a single vendor capable of providing both service areas, the City reserves the right to award separate contracts for IT management and security functions.
