Meter Reading Route as a Service (RaaS) Software Subscription (Extended)

The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) is soliciting bids for a Meter Reading Route as a Service (RaaS) software subscription to support automated route design and management for field meter reading operations. The system will provide cloud-based tools to optimize meter reading routes, improve service efficiency, and ensure accurate billing operations. The contract will run for one year with two optional one-year renewals, and all responses must be submitted electronically through the eRSP platform.
