Development of Multilingual eLearning Courses on PEFA Gender and PEFA Climate PFM

The World Bank Group is seeking a vendor to design, develop, and deliver two interactive eLearning courses—on PEFA Gender-Responsive and PEFA Climate-Responsive Public Financial Management (PFM)—to be produced in English and replicated into French and Spanish. The project requires SCORM-compliant, multimedia-rich modules aligned with PEFA and World Bank standards, incorporating accessibility, interactivity, and localization features. The courses will be hosted on the World Bank’s Open Learning Campus (OLC) LMS.
