This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W50S8A26Q0016 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334290 Other Communications Equipment manufacturing, a small business size standard of 800 EMP. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business, and only qualified vendors may submit quotes. The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 07 July 2026, 5:00PM. Eastern Time. Free On Board (FOB) Destination shall be required to 302 Newmarket Street, Newington, NH 03803. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The NH Air National Guard requires the following items: CLIN 0001: Thermal CAT Camera System to include the following: NVR (network video recorder) (QTY= 1 EA) 4 channel 2TB storage 4G LTE cellular router IP Cameras (QTY= 2 EA) IP (internet protocol), PTZ (pan, tilt, zoom) camera 4MP Low light 25x zoom 4.8mm 120mm lens w/IR IP Camera (QTY 1 EA) IP (internet protocol) 4MP Bi-Spectrum thermal Active deterrence, audible and strobe Mounting brackets for PTZ cameras (QTY = 2 EA) Junction back box (QTY 1 EA) Software license (QTY 3 EA) 2 year Software as a Service (SaaS) CORE license Installation, programming and testing for all equipment. Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made in accordance with the Addendum to FAR 52.212-2 included in this notice. The Government intends to evaluate quotes and make an award without discussions. Quotes must be valid for sixty (60) days. All technical or contractual questions shall be submitted in writing via e-mail no later than 12:00 noon EST on 30 June 2026 to Joseph Jeddrey at joseph.w.jeddrey.civ@army.mil and Richard Trafton at richard.c.trafton.civ@army.mil Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. If the Government responses to technical questions affect any portion of the solicitation then an Amendment of Solicitation will be issued.
