Procurement of Computer Hardware and Accessories

University of Central Florida seeks suppliers for enterprise computer hardware and peripherals procurement to establish a multi-year Master Agreement. ITN aims to procure standardized desktop and laptop units with managed services (imaging, tagging, distribution, shipping) for 7,500-10,000 units annually. Contract includes 4-year initial term with two optional 1-year renewals. Suppliers must meet hardware durability, security, battery life, management capabilities, Intune compatibility, and asset tagging requirements.
