RFI - Cyberspace Operations Forces and Support (COF) II

USTRANSCOM seeks cybersecurity defense services for its enterprise, including Security Operations Management/CSSP for on-premises and cloud environments, boundary defense, intrusion detection, incident management, threat analysis, forensic analysis, SIEM/SOAR integration, and detection engineering. The contract covers defensive cyberspace operations (DCO), Cyberspace Protection Team coordination, joint planning, training, SATCOM support, and 24/7 on-site activities to protect against cyber threats and ensure continuous improvement. Contractor will manage service delivery, metrics, and performance in line with managed services best practices.
