Notification of Availability of Software Framework, Warped Alloy, for Software Defined Radio (SDR) Signal Chain (Updated)

The Department of the Army is releasing the Warped Alloy software framework for Software Defined Radio (SDR) signal chains. This framework enables dynamic adjustment of SDR capabilities based on the sensed RF environment with real-time protocol-level response, including rapid FPGA-based reconfiguration of the physical layer and MAC, a top-level HDL framework for GPP-to-signal module communication, a C-based API, transport interfaces, an exemplar data module, and supporting documentation.
