Care Provider Management System (CPMS)

CDSS is issuing this RFI to gather input on replacing its current Guardian background check system with a more capable Care Provider Management System. The agency is seeking vendor insights on solutions that could be platform-based, COTS, MOTS, or custom, to support regulatory compliance and improve operational workflows. This information will inform future procurement strategy and system design.
