What exactly is TechBids?
TechBids is a specialized bid aggregation service for technology vendors. We monitor hundreds of government and enterprise procurement websites daily, filtering and curating only technology-related opportunities. Instead of spending hours searching multiple sites, you get all relevant bids delivered to your dashboard and inbox daily.
How does the 5-day free trial work?
When you sign up for any subscription plan (monthly or annual), you get 7 days of full access completely free. You won't be charged until the trial ends. During the trial, you have access to all features: view all bids, access source links, save bookmarks, and receive daily email briefs. You can cancel anytime during the trial without any charge.
What types of bids do you cover?
We exclusively focus on technology-related bids including: IT services, software development, cloud services, cybersecurity, network infrastructure, hardware procurement, systems integration, data management, telecommunications, and digital transformation projects. We cover federal, state, and local government opportunities across all 50 states, plus major enterprise RFPs.

What are your pricing plans?
We offer three simple plans:
  • Monthly: $49/month (5-day free trial, cancel anytime)
  • Annual: $490/year (5-day free trial, save 2 months)
  • One-Time: $69 for 30 days access (no recurring charges)
What's your refund policy?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days after your payment, simply contact support@techbids.com and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked. This is in addition to the 5-day free trial, giving you plenty of time to evaluate our service.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard or by emailing support@techbids.com. There are no cancellation fees or penalties. If you cancel, you'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. We'll also send a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through Stripe, the industry leader in secure payment processing. We never store your credit card information on our servers. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified (the highest level of certification) and uses bank-level encryption to protect your data.

How often are new bids posted?
We update our database continuously throughout the day. New bids are typically posted within 24 hours of being published on source websites. You'll see fresh opportunities every time you log in, and our Daily Brief email (sent every morning except Sundays) highlights all new bids from the past 24 hours.
What's included in the Daily Brief email?
The Daily Brief is a curated email featuring:
  • All new technology bids from the past 24 hours
  • Key details: title, organization, location, and deadline
  • Direct links to view full details on our platform
  • Bids expiring soon highlighted for priority attention
You can customize your preferences to receive only specific categories (like judicial/court bids) if needed.
Can I save and track specific bids?
Yes! Premium members can:
  • Bookmark unlimited bids for easy access later
  • Mark bids as read/unread to track your progress
  • Set up deadline reminders for bookmarked bids
  • Filter and search through your saved opportunities
