Statewide Court Case Management System and eFiling Solution

The Tennessee Administrative Office of the Courts will release an RFP in July 2025 seeking a comprehensive, configurable statewide solution for a Court Case Management System (CMS) and eFiling platform. The CMS provider must act as the prime vendor and may partner with an eFiling vendor. The solution must support lifecycle case management, document and financial tracking, and data integrations with state and local entities. eFiling must include both Electronic Filing Manager and Service Provider functions.
