Army Protocol Event Management Software

The U.S. Army Protocol Office is seeking a replacement event management software solution due to the upcoming decommissioning of their current systems (e-invitation and Microsoft Access). The desired platform must enable the creation of digital invitations, RSVP tracking, and support event functions such as seating charts and program generation. The replacement software should improve upon the existing capabilities and support high-level Army Senior Leader-hosted events.
