Augusta-Richmond County is requesting qualifications from IT support companies interested in providing
professional network monitoring and maintenance services for Augusta.
The work will consist of an annual monitoring and maintenance package for Augusta, Georgia’s Intelligent
Transportation System (ITS) network. The proposed concept is to provide the Augusta Engineering Department,
Traffic Engineering Division a package of network monitoring, maintenance, and support services 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year for the ITS network and its vital components. The scope of work includes a
company that can remotely monitor, maintain, and provide advanced support services, in person, if necessary,
for the AED Traffic Engineering ITS network.
