Instant Connect Enterprise Software Subscription

The U.S. Army is conducting market research to identify vendors capable of providing a multi-year subscription for Instant Connect Enterprise (ICE) Lite software. This subscription supports RF and satellite-based communication platforms over a five-fiscal-year period. The government is seeking interested providers who can deliver the software under a recurring licensing model and meet network interoperability requirements, as detailed in the accompanying RFI document.
