Data Analytics Platform (DAP)

The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) as part of the planning phase for a major overhaul of its Medicaid Enterprise Data platform. Referred to as the “Data Analytics Platform” (DAP), the intended solution will support data extraction and analysis for program evaluation, policy development, and Medicaid delivery reporting. The RFI aims to gather vendor insights, cost projections, and best practices to guide a future RFP.
