Managed Information Technology (IT) Services Provider

The Wilmington Housing Authority is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive managed IT services. The scope includes help desk and remediation services, 24/7 network monitoring, preventative maintenance, patch and antivirus management, endpoint detection & response, security operations, Microsoft 365 and Adobe management, vulnerability scanning, IT asset management, and various cybersecurity functions. The selected provider will support WHA’s IT infrastructure and security needs.
