SUNY Buffalo is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather insights on professional services and cloud-based solutions for migrating its mature, customized Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)-based Enterprise Content Management System (ECMS) to a modern cloud-hosted infrastructure. The objective is to identify best practices for seamless migration with minimal disruption, while preserving extensive customizations and enabling future scalability and enhancements. The RFI also seeks vendor recommendations on strategies, migration steps, service models, and cost structures for such a transition.
