Audio Visual Equipment and Audio-Visual Web Conferencing

The Delaware Department of Technology and Information is seeking vendors to supply, install, integrate, and support audio-visual equipment and web conferencing solutions for use across state agencies. The project will enhance collaboration and communication through turnkey AV systems and supplemental conferencing equipment designed for hybrid work environments, meeting rooms, and training spaces. Multiple vendors may be awarded contracts under a three-year term with two optional one-year extensions.
