Networking Monitoring Services for the City of Bryant

The City of Bryant is seeking to contract with qualified IT professionals or firms for comprehensive network monitoring services across multiple city facilities. The scope includes 24/7 remote network monitoring, server and workstation support, firewall and antivirus management, backup/disaster recovery oversight, mobile device management, and on-site troubleshooting as needed. The selected vendor will also support future IT initiatives, including migration to .gov email. A three-year contract with possible annual renewals is anticipated.
