The NCDOT is seeking a configurable, commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) solution to modernize its Right-of-Way (ROW) project management. The ROWWTS must streamline administrative functions, automate workflows, and ensure compliance with regulations. The platform should integrate with NCDOT’s financial, GIS, and document systems to manage property acquisitions, leases, appraisals, and payments.
