Crash Investigation & Data Event Recovery Software

The NTSB is seeking information on potential commercial off-the-shelf software to replace its current Crash Investigation & Data Event Recovery (CIDER) software. This Request for Information (RFI) is intended to identify software solutions that support the needs of the Vehicle Recorder Division, focusing on crash analysis and data recovery capabilities.
