Maintenance Support of New York City Transit Network Management System

The MTA is soliciting bids for a two-year contract to monitor and manage NYCT’s Data Operating Network, which supports vital communication systems across approximately 8,500 data switches. The contractor will provide fault detection and alert services through the customized Helix-based Network Management System, ensuring the performance and reliability of critical transit operations including Customer Information Signs, Automatic Train Control, and new fare systems.
