Broadband Infrastructure Projects

The Rhode Island Commerce Corporation is requesting proposals from qualified Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to design and build broadband infrastructure projects across designated Project Areas. These projects are part of Rhode Island’s participation in the NTIA’s Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) Program. Selected vendors will receive subgrant funding to expand high-speed internet access in underserved areas, aligning with federal and state broadband policy requirements.
