Tolling Back Office System Services (TBOS Rebid)

The Illinois Toll Highway Authority is soliciting proposals for the design, development, implementation, and ongoing support of a new Tolling Back Office System (TBOS). This system will consolidate and replace the existing tolling back-office and host systems into a single, integrated platform. The project includes application hosting, data migration, business rule automation, milestone payments, and a robust cloud infrastructure component. A BEP participation goal of 20% and a VBP goal of 1% apply.
