OC Automated Biometric Identification System (ABI System) and Sustainment (Extended)

The Orange County Sheriff-Coroner is seeking proposals for the provision and long-term sustainment of a comprehensive Automated Biometric Identification System (ABI). The system must support fingerprint, palmprint, and latent print identification for criminal investigations, booking, field operations, background checks, and interagency data sharing with CalDOJ and the FBI. The solution must ensure seamless continuity with the current system and expand capabilities across law enforcement and coroner operations.
