Employee Time and Attendance Solution

San Bernardino City Unified School District is soliciting proposals to replace its manual, paper-based time and attendance tracking with an automated solution. The desired system will digitize employee clock-in/clock-out, automatically calculate work hours (including vacations, holidays, sick leave, and overtime), provide scheduling capabilities, and offer a self-service portal for employees to view timecards and leave balances. The RFP outlines integration requirements with the District’s existing SAP Time and Attendance module and the San Bernardino County Superintendent Payroll system.
