Electronic Medical Records System

The Riley County Health Department is soliciting proposals for an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system that supports both clinical and population health functions. The desired solution includes the software, supporting hardware, third-party integrations, data conversion, interface development, training, and ongoing support. The goal is to establish an interoperable health IT ecosystem that enhances care delivery, supports analytics, and improves public health outcomes.
