Security System Update – San Diego

The IBWC is seeking qualified small businesses to upgrade the security system at the South Bay International Wastewater Treatment Plant (SBIWTP) in San Diego, CA. This includes enhancements to physical security infrastructure per the detailed scope of work. Proposals will be evaluated based on technical approach, past performance, and price under a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) methodology.
