The Maryland Department of Information Technology is issuing a secondary competition under the COTS 2012 Master Contract for Atlassian Jira Core and associated plug-ins. The procurement targets the acquisition and implementation of Jira software tools to enhance project tracking, collaboration, and issue management across state IT initiatives. Only qualified Master Contractors may respond.
