Web-Based Software for SC Housing

The South Carolina Housing Finance & Development Authority is soliciting proposals for a new web-based Public Housing Management Software system. This system is intended to replace the incumbent Emphasys Back Office Suite to support system integration, enhance operational efficiency, and improve overall process effectiveness statewide. The contract term is one year with up to four one-year renewals.
