Santa Fe County seeks qualified vendors for the procurement and implementation of a comprehensive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to replace its existing CentralSquare NaviLine platform. The ERP solution must encompass core administrative modules including finance, HR, payroll, procurement, asset and work order management, utility billing, and learning management, with options for standalone modules. The system should be cloud-based, support SaaS deployment, offer robust integration capabilities with existing and future county systems (Jail Management, CAD, Property Appraisal, Permitting), and enhance operational efficiency across departments. The contract includes software, technical labor, training, hardware as needed, data migration, and maintenance/support.
