Army HR Intelligent Engagement Platform

The Army seeks industry input to develop an intelligent engagement platform to unify HR service delivery across multiple systems and commands. This platform will provide a secure, user-friendly interface using Single Sign-On and open APIs to improve service delivery, reduce costs, and enhance Soldier and civilian personnel satisfaction. The effort targets automation of HR inquiries, data updates, and issue resolution.
