CMPD License Plate Recognition System

The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department (CMPD) is soliciting proposals to replace its existing License Plate Recognition system with a new solution offering improved accuracy, integration, and performance. The procurement includes LPR cameras, software, installation, mobile broadband, cloud storage, and device management. The system must comply with federal and local privacy standards and provide full data control. Vendors must hold a valid North Carolina Alarm Systems License.
