Electronic Filing System for Campaign Finance and Economic Interest Statements

The City of Pasadena seeks an online SaaS or hosted solution for electronic filing of Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) Campaign Finance Disclosures and Statement of Economic Interests (Form 700). The system will enhance transparency, accountability, and conflict-of-interest detection by managing filings from candidates, committees, and public officials with public access to redacted disclosures.
