Residential Digital Permit Parking System

Montgomery County seeks a vendor to provide a fully functional, internet-based Residential Digital Permit Parking (RPP) system. The system must automate permit application, issuance, tracking, and enforcement, including integration with third-party LPR systems and handheld enforcement devices. It should support account management, MVA verification, customer support, and be scalable for future enhancements.
