Legal Case Management System

This RFI seeks information and general pricing from vendors for a scalable Legal Case Management System (LCMS) that supports a broad range of legal case types such as civil litigation, compliance, procurement, FOIA, legislative support, and administrative proceedings. The system must enable tracking, management, and escalation of referrals and complaints into investigations across state agencies. The goal is to develop a detailed scope for a future Request for Proposal (RFP).
