Global Force Information Management (GFIM) Objective Environment (OE) Solution

The Department of the Army is soliciting solutions to develop the Global Force Information Management Objective Environment (GFIM OE), a cloud-based enterprise system supporting the Deploy to Re-deploy/Retrograde (D2RR) process. This solution aims to transform Army force management by integrating data-centric operations, incorporating AI, ML, and RPA technologies, and providing a unified operational picture compliant with the Global Force Management Data Initiative. The program will enable the transition from legacy systems to modern, efficient force management capabilities.
